(3) A cannabis retailer who conducts an in-house controlled purchase program authorized under this section shall provide his or her employees a written description of the employer's in-house controlled purchase program. (3) abuse of the substance may lead to moderate or low physical dependence or high psychological dependence. (1) There shall be a cannabis producer's license regulated by the board and subject to annual renewal. (2) Synthetic opiate and any derivative of synthetic opiate, including their isomers, esters, ethers, salts, and salts of isomers, esters, and ethers, whenever the existence of the isomers, esters, ethers, and salts is possible within the specific chemical designation. (1) It is unlawful for any person to conduct or maintain a cannabis club by himself or herself or by associating with others, or in any manner aid, assist, or abet in conducting or maintaining a cannabis club. (a) "Board" means the state liquor and cannabis board. The sign must: (a) Contain text with content sufficient to notify the public of the nature of the pending license application, the date of the application, the name of the applicant, and contact information for the board; (b) Be conspicuously displayed on, or immediately adjacent to, the premises subject to the application and in the location that is most likely to be seen by the public; (c) Be of a size sufficient to ensure that it will be readily seen by the public; and. (ss) "Secretary" means the secretary of health or the secretary's designee. (i) "Trust fund taxes" means taxes collected from buyers and deemed held in trust under RCW.
